US Domestic Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders require 7–21 business days to complete before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Custom Orders

Because every custom item is made especially for you, all custom and personalized orders are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
